2oz Jardesca White Aperitiva
2oz grapefruit juice
1oz Gray Whale Gin
1/2oz elderflower liquor
1 tsp lemon juice
1 strip of lemon peel
Chill coupe glass. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in Jardesca, grapefruit juice, gin, elderflower, and lemon juice. Fasten the lid and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into glass. Gently twist lemon peel over the drink, draw it over the rim, and then drop it in.
